Event Executive Interns

Job Description

Position: Events Executive internship (Sports industry)

1. Supports development of running/cycling event
2. Assist in the planning and execution of the project plans
3. Work closely with corporate/government clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction in executing the event
4. Liaise and negotiate with vendors or suppliers
5. Handling of logistics of event items between warehouse and event venue
6. Negotiating and handling sponsorship deals
7. Manage branding and communications

Below is the information for this position:

1.      Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

2.      Location: Cyberjaya

3.      Attire: Smart casual

4.      Allowance: RM 500 - RM1,500/month
