· Conduct cold calls using a set of leads to schedule product demonstration.
· Answer incoming calls and any enquiries from prospective customers
· Assist customers with their product enquiries and perform brand cross selling through the phone
· Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
· Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
· Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
· Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
· Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
· Prepare sales/ call reports to present to manager.
· Experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
· Computer literate, especially excel.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia
· Chinese language is an advantage.
· Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
· Persistent and results-oriented
· Patient and able to handle customer rejection
· Minimum SPM Certificate
· High motivation to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
