Job Description

  • Doing administrative and clerical tasks (such as scanning or printing)
  • Answer, screen & forwards any incoming calls, emails and faxes.
  • Responsible in managing monthly cash flow and funding requirements.
  • Receive, record and distribute incoming letters
  • Handle foreign worker matters, i.e. payroll, recruitment, welfare, training, medical, home leave, work pass application & renewal, dormitory and etc.
  • Monitor company insurance at home, i.e. vehicle insurance, machinery insurance, medical insurance, workmen compensation and etc.
  • Assist in filing duties.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Compile financial records.
  • Help organize office activities.
