Job Description
o Resolve capacity and resource issues encountered
o Inform and discuss details of the problem with users
o Perform systems analysis, make the functional templates for the programs
o Prepare all related documentation according to the standards/procedures
o Train and assist users in ensuring things are uploaded correctly.
o Prepare Board Meeting Reports
o evaluate and gather the requirements of the users.
o prioritize, against budget, outcomes, and resources.
o Based on data recommend areas for business/process improvements

o Create standard reporting and updates for the board, stakeholders, and teams
o Ensures that reporting is provided to the assigned OCs within the agreed SLAs and criteria.
o Builds and maintains business-IT partnership and alignment – all programs and projects, will be complete end to end.
o Ensure effective/efficient coaching
o Take care of the team’s needs by delivering support and training
o Plan, supervise, review and monitor the workload/work outputs of staff
Perform performance appraisals of direct staff
