Accountant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Organizing and updating accounting records as needed (digital and physical)
• Preparing and analyzing reports on transactions
• Performing regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments
• Plays a vital role in our company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with the law and accuracy in accounting
• To support the Finance-Accounting Head in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance-Accounting Department.
• To relieve the Finance-Accounting Head of certain responsibilities that will allow them to spend a greater portion of their time on Financial Statement preparation and analysis, Budget and Variance issues, and Forecasting.
• Provides financial information by maintaining and reconciling accounts; preparing reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

• Must be a Certified Public Account
• With at least 2 years’ experience in accounting or related field
• Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant or Senior Accountant

• Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with accounting software, like FreshBooks and Zoho
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail • Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
• CAN READ, SPEAK AND WRITE MANDARIN
