Finance Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's growth and vision strategies, as well as increasing profit through prudent financial practices and monitoring and enforcing compliance with finance-related laws, procedures, and regulations such as tax filing and financial reporting.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of the Company's growth and vision strategies, as well as increasing profit through prudent financial practices and monitoring and enforcing compliance with finance-related laws, procedures, and regulations such as tax filing and financial reporting.

• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce tax and financial reporting standards compliance, and assist with cash flow forecasting.

• Create strategic business plans based on an analysis of the company's current situation and financial projections.

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking for ways to improve procedures and controls, and ad-hoc projects and requests as they arise.

• Handle any other duties that are consistent with the role or that the Executive or Management Team may assign from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting Department Business in the banking industry or related field

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Finance Manager or relevant managerial role.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Product Suite
• Intermediate to Advanced Skills in Project Management Tools

• Strong capabilities with database and information systems software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
