- Assist in sales coordination and logistics management Monitors stock and incoming shipments.
- Follow up on customer queries/calls. Attend to customer inquiries and complaints, prepare quotations/invoicing
- process orders and arrange deliveries
- Provide support to sales team
- Helping internet sales preparing and packaging
- Follow up customer's outstanding payment.
- Maintain filling and proper documentation.
- Assist in purchasing and other admin functions
- Receive and acknowledge customer's PO
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ O Level and above Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Sales Admin
- Able to speaks Malay, English, Mandarin fluently
- Good Knowledge of MS Office application
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Pleasant personality
- Age average 28-40
