Description:

 Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in sales coordination and logistics management Monitors stock and incoming shipments.
  • Follow up on customer queries/calls. Attend to customer inquiries and complaints, prepare quotations/invoicing
  • process orders and arrange deliveries
  • Provide support to sales team
  • Helping internet sales preparing and packaging
  • Follow up customer's outstanding payment.
  • Maintain filling and proper documentation.
  • Assist in purchasing and other admin functions
  • Receive and acknowledge customer's PO

Requirements: 

 

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ O Level and above Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Sales Admin
  • Able to speaks Malay, English, Mandarin fluently
  •  Good Knowledge of MS Office application
  •  Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Pleasant personality
  • Age average 28-40
