The HR Generalist is responsible for the management of the HR functions of the company to help achieve the company’s short and long-term goals consistent with company policy and aligned with operating budgets. S/he is accountable for the following areas in HR: Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Process and Policy Improvements, Performance Evaluation, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Engagement.
➡️ Proven experience as an HR Generalist
➡️ Previous role collaborating with various stakeholders (executives, employees, clients and other external partners) a plus.
➡️ Exposure to managing information flow an advantage
➡️ Exposure to leadership role a plus
➡️ Proficient in MS Office (esp. Microsoft Excel); knowledge of HRIS and is a plus
➡️ College Degree (Business administration is a plus but not required)
➡️ Executive Assistant Certification and/or Diploma Program Information an advantage
➡️ Knowledge of Labor Laws and industry policies
➡️ Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
➡️ Likes communicating with people.
