  • Provide sales administrative support including quotations, processing of orders and invoicing
  • Coordinate all freight, shipping and transportation arrangement
  • Manage schedules and provide delivery/shipment status
  • Responsible for inventory control and store keeping(ensuring stock inventory is within the approved level)
  • Updating sales team on stock availability.
  • Running weekly reports (Dairy & Non- Dairy product/ Contract price /Inventory )
  • Update Price books
  • Liaison with inter-departments & HQ to ensure customers' order are fulfilled.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


· At least 3 -5Year(s) of relevant working experience (F& B industry will be advantage)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel

· Strong desire to learn and progress

· Possess ability to multi-task

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Able to work in a fluid and fast pace environment

· Able to work independently and in a team

· Communication in bilingual (English/ Mandarin)

· 5.5 working days ( a month work for 2 half day on sat)
