JOB SUMMARY
The general accountant is in charge of all accounting-related aspects of CGDRI: Managing all financial transactions and data, including account entries, documents, payments, cash position, tax-related transactions, bank transactions, and other finances for the company and all its project sites. S/he supervises administrative and other accounting staff assigned to his/her unit and is primarily responsible for the accurate, secure, and timely handling and recording of internal financial transactions, financial transactions with the company’s clients and affiliates as well as government-mandated and legal requirements of the Company.

EXPERIENCES
At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate Finance is a highly preferred
Proven experience as a budget analyst, bookkeeping and tax policies and calculations
Three years of increasingly responsible Costing & Budgeting analysis. Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System is highly desirable.
At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting for a medium-sized organization
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE BACKGROUND / CERTIFICATION
Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting, public or business administration, or a related field/ Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or a related field a strong plus
Principle and Procedures of financial record keeping and reporting
Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles and International Accounting Standards as applicable in local and non-local transactions
CPA preferred
Must have high proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are a must.
