出货书记 (Stock Admin) 
主要职责 Main tasks:
• 监控仓库存货 Monitor stock level
• 每日库存检查以确保实物库存匹配系统 Daily stock check to ensure physical stock matches system
• 挑选和包装产品订单 Pick & pack product orders
• 出货交货单文件，文件归档Issuse delivery order documentation，Filling of documents
• 更新员工内部采购 Updating staffs internal purchase
• 完成报告并提交每日库存检查记录 Complete report and submit daily stock check record
