Job Description

  • Attending to inbound/outbound callslive chats and emails
  • Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way
  • Update our internal databases with information about useful discussions with customers
  • Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly
  • Gather customer feedback and share with your teammates/team leaders
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.


  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM
  • Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
