Job responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Business Suite & Content management.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the results gathered.
• Guide the concept and design of visual collateral with designers, e.g. Facebook Ads, Websites, Videos.
• Manage and grow the social media presence for the portfolio of accounts.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Conduct campaign analysis to measure performance and develop insights and next steps for effective campaign optimization.
• Prepare engaging and effective presentations to showcase campaign (in the form or proposal or review)
• Proofread and review team mates’ work.
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• At least Advanced/Higher/Graduate, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media/Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay 
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision to ensure project delivery deadline
• Demonstrable marketing communications judgement, creativity and flair
• Team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, results-oriented and able to work independently
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure well
