Resource Consultant

The duties and responsibilities of a Resource Consultant is to find the most qualified, interested and available talent that will be successful within the organization's culture. To succeed at this, a recruiter must constantly be on the lookout for any gaps in their understanding of a position.

Qualifications:

-1-3 years experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates

-Experience working in an RPO setup is a plus.

- Work with local or international candidates and clients

- Goal oriented, passionate, driven

- Good communication skills

- Can start ASAP

- Hybrid work setup (office is in Makati)
