HR Assistant

Job description;

• Prepares initial and quarterly uniform issuance for both store based and corporate employees
• Allocation request of uniform stocks to Merchandising Department
• Monitoring of uniform issuance
• Submits monthly report to Accounting Department
• Monitoring of Inventory stocks
• Coordinates with requesting departments and store personnel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Relations Management Humanities and the likes
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Good Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
• Organized and Keen to details
• Can start ASAP
