HR Trainee (Practical)

Description:

​​​​Responsibility:

  1. Ensure all area are tidy & clean.
  2. Ensure the security system is functioning.
  3. Ensure the telephone system and lines are functioning. Monitor on all personal calls.
  4. Ensure on monthly cleaning being done as per scheduled.
  5. Report to appropriate department on any damage that needs repair.
  6. Ensure all company assets are categorized and registered in the inventory.
  7. Ensure all stationeries/goods are sufficient, well kept and inventoried.
  8. Monitor on all incoming/outgoing stationeries.
  9. Assist Superior to monitor staffs attendance & leave
  10. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  11. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  12. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  13. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  14. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  15. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  16. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  17. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  18. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
  19. Ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirement:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Administration or any related field.
  2. Good communication & negotiation skills and result oriented
  3. .Able to work independently with minimum supervision and strong self-discipline, able to multi-tasking, prioritize workload and delegate task.
  4. Must be honest, positive, co-operative, follow instructions and be always responsible & accountable for all your job functions, duties & activities.
  5. Knowledge in English and Malay languages.
