REQUIREMENT
•SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field
• Minimum 1 year experience in the area of telemarketing / telesales (call center is an advantage)
• Must have at least 3- 6 month experience in telemarketing insurance
• Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize product to customer needs
• Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills
• Possess positive working attitude and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
• Must be independent, pro-active and self-driven
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45 AM-5.45PM)
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to work at Tropicana Damansara
RESPONSIBILITY
• Contact existing and potential customers by telephone and email
• In charge of outbound cold calling, lead generation, data refine and appointment setting
• Provide an overview and upsell the products and services
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential customers
• Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization
• Handle sales, products & services enquiries
