WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS STAFF

A warehouse and logistics staff is responsible for the storage, distribution, inventory management and records maintenance of items in a warehouse. Warehouse logistics is an important component of supply-chain management, which emphasizes the receipt and proper storage of property

Responsibilities

· Overall in charge of warehouse and logistics

· Responsible for timely and correct delivery, set up and pull out of products

· Responsible for efficient planning of schedule, deliveries and vehicles

· Ensure that the items are delivered and pulled out in good condition with minimal or no losses/damages

· Ensure accuracy of inventory data; in/out/balance

· Good 5S (SORT. SET IN ORDER, SHINE, STANDARDIZE, SUSTAIN) of inventory; proper storage in designated areas

· Timely and correct preparations of items, dispatch, receiving items

· Quality check and repair of items after receipt and before keeping in stock

· Timely completion of projects

· Analyze, improve and review operational policies and procedures for long term stability

· Timely completion of operational reports

· Other duties necessary for smooth projects implementation

Minimum Qualifications

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field

· Experience in management, operations, warehouse, and leadership

· Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

· Decisive, can think quick on his feet

· Can lead and motivate a team

· Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Service oriented and glad to satisfy customer needs

· Good at data analytics

· Proficient in computer work (Word, Excel)

· Highly organized and good in problem solving

· Has excellent planning and coordination skills

· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· With driver’s license can drive cars and motorbikes
