Lead Project Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Understand client needs and set the direction for cross-functional teams in projects execution

• Gather, distill, and implement project requirements across business units and functional teams including Design, Software Development, Marketing, and the Business Development team to accelerate project deliverables

• Build team alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership team to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules

• Collaborate and coordinate with the team of developers and designers to lead product development

• Obtaining clients acceptance of project deliverables

• Identify and maintain high standards of quality across all project deliverables

• Manage risks, issues and scope changes in projects effectively

• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards

Requirements:

• Have experience in Project Management and in similar leadership roles
• Strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to see through the completion of a project
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Have the ability to positively influence project teams and the wider business
• Is outspoken and can communicate/escalate concerns and facilitate the right stakeholders in a discussion
• Is comfortable working in a tech environment with the ability to coordinate across several functions (Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Design, Business Development)
• Have the ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to complete projects in a timely manner

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
