REQUIREMENT
SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field
Minimum 1 year experience in the area of telemarketing / telesales (call center is advantageous)
Prefer applicant who have experience in sales and marketing
Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize product to customer needs
Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills
Possess positive working attitude and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
Must be independent, pro-active and self-driven
Required language(s): Mandarin (MUST) & English
Working hours: Monday- Friday (8AM-5PM)

RESPONSIBILITY
Contact existing and potential customers by telephone and email
In charge outbound cold calling, lead generation, data refine and appointment setting
Provide an overview and upsell the products and services
Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential customers
Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization
Handle sales, products & services enquiries.
