UX Designer

We’re looking for a UX Designer to optimize the digital experience and journey on Teranect's and client-owned sites, web applications, and mobile applications.

Working Location: Johor Bahru / Kuala Lumpur (Remote support - working from Home for now due to Covid-19)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Optimize the digital experience and journey of ours and clients’ websites
, web applications, and mobile applications

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and optimize existing user interface designs to deliver the best online user experience to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Conduct research to gather feedback on users' ease of use and satisfaction

• Establish online design guidelines, standards, and best practices

• Incorporate functionalities and features into websites, web applications, and mobile applications

• Develop and maintain design wireframes and specifications according to user feedback

• Work with UI and Graphic Designers to incorporate a visual or brand identity into websites / applications

• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

Requirements:

• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in UX Design

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma and other visual design tools

• Good understanding in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and comparable languages

• Excellent visual design skills

• Familiarity with cross-platform UX Design

• Familiarity with web trends and best practices for UX Design

• Strong collaborative and communication skills are required

• Time management skills with the ability to multitask

• Creative flair and self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Preferable to be proficient in both English and Chinese

• Fresh Graduates are welcome
