  • Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the President
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Monitor schedule of the President
  • Conduct minutes of the meetings
  • Assist President errands if there's any
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar by maintaining effective scheduling, arranging meetings, conferences, calls, and travels.

  • Provide information by taking the minutes of the meeting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting reports, emails, and data.

  • Maintain and secure sensitive information by keeping strict confidentiality and keeping all documents filed and stored.

  • Coordinate with other departments to disseminate information, and act as a point of contact for the CEO.

  • Carry out errands and perform various duties as assigned by the CEO.
