Admin Assistant

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad, Permanent

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

• Identify client concerns and coordinate with technicians
• Identify and respond to client needs via chat, email or phone
• Keep a high level of knowledge of existing products and services
• Good communication and Organizational skills.
• Sources for new customers for the company.
• Attends to inquiries and complaints of the customer.
• Regularly visits or communicates with customers to build and maintain relationships.
• Clearly documents requirements of the customers through the Quotation.
• Secures approval of the Quotation prior communicating to the customer.
• Monitors status of all Quotations.
