Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering or any related course

Interface with all levels of the production order  and must have an in-depth understanding of the production process with multi-tasking, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

2. Knowledgeable in managing and planning schedules

5. Computer literate
6. Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
7. Advanced skills in MS Office.
8. Organizational and leadership abilities.
9. Communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
11. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
12. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
13. Oversee and coach employees.
14. Check production output according to specifications
15. Submit reports on performance and progress
16. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
17. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
18. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
