Monthly salary: RM 2,000 Basic + Mandarin Allowance RM 800 (Fixed) + KPI Allowance (Up to RM 500)+ Night Shift Allowance (Up to RM 400) + OT Claim (min Rm 10 per hour)

Have no issue to be based at Ara Damansara
Handling all inbound calls and email pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks related to the company’s products.
Identifies and handles customer inquiries, resolves customer concerns and maintains customer satisfaction
Provides assistance in handling customer's technical requirement
To exceed customer’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
