JOB DESCRIPTION
Assists and answers queries (through phone) of Value Care clients and or hospital personnel regarding their plan benefit, consultation, admission and utilization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in handling client's inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage.
- Issues outpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;
- Coordinates with different departments to address clients needs.
- Escalates to immediate supervisor cases that needs approval higher authority. (i.e. urgent cases, unresolved complaints, priority members)
- Performs other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or any medical allied courses.
- Anyone with relevant experience.
- Fresh / Entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask while working under minimal supervision.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Salary is negotiable.
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in different hospitals across NCR, CAVITE, LAGUNA, CAGAYAN DE ORO.
