• Facilitates end-to-end recruitment process.
•Handles all employee concerns about HR-related matters.
•Validates Daily Time Records and prepares headcount reconciliation before payroll run.

•Prepares documentation related to the hiring process (i.e. job offer, 201 files, employee information sheet, etc.).
Job Requirements:
• Graduate of BSBA HRDM, PSYCHOLOGY or equivalent
• Amenable to start immediately
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Strong-willed personality
• Self-starter, and could work independently
• High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage strict deadlines
• Open for Fresh Graduates
