- Key contact point for web customers and outlets across the Group on all queries.
- To answer customer queries by e-mail, phone and any other communication channels.
- Responsible to resolve any problems raised by outlets and web customers.
- Overseeing all orders placed on web sites.
- Liaising with couriers agencies to arrange all deliveries.
- Managing returns and arranging exchanges.
- To review and validate orders.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration, Mass Communications, E-commerce or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate or previous 1 year experienced in customer service or call centre.
- Excellent communicator over the phone with ability to maintain a friendly and calm manner when dealing with all customers.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have a good understanding of retail and administration functions.
- Able to prioritise tasks, take own initiative and meeting deadlines.
- A team player, flexible and high adaptability skills to meet business needs.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Able to work on night shift during weekday, weekend and public holiday (9am - 6pm).
