Specific Duties to be performed:
a. Performing accounting duties throughout the project such as recording and tracking project costs.
b. Attend meetings and keep minutes
c. Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
d. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
e. Make travel arrangements for executives
f. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
g. Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cos-effective orders.
h. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
i. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
j. Other related tasks may assigned from time to time.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
Previous Experience Desired: 1-2 experience
