How You Fit In

You will help evolve successful campaign opportunities for our various client campaigns within the Performance Marketing, Social Media Management and Influencer Marketing space.

You will be trained with product knowledge and understand industry trends.

You will also communicate directly with our existing clients, understand their individual needs, find the best fit for their wants and needs, and run campaigns well for them.

Based on the outcome, you will assist in developing efficient processes and establishing best practices within a dynamic department.

This role will require you to be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with solid computer and communication skills.

You will be introduced to our unique, highly proactive, dynamic and positive culture, filled with problem solvers and champions in today's advertising industry.

Your Team

You will be working with experienced sales and digital marketers in Performance Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing and more.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for existing clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organisation
  • Ideate social media content and engagement campaigns to build engagement and growth of client's social media accounts
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for campaigns
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organisational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organisation's internal capacity
  • Actively pursue strategic campaigns and operational objectives throughout companywide work
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
  • Build direct relationships with KOLs and evolve a direct network regionally.
  • Support initiatives around building REFORM's very first podcast series.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of Social Media Management and Influencer services to existing clients.
  • Communicate and build relationships with existing clients; updating on new solutions we have
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments

Qualifications

  • You do not need to be 100% in all these requirements
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Organised and competitive individual
  • Degree holders
  • High proficiency in the English language (other languages, a plus to have)
  • Excellent public communication & presentation skills
  • Strong budget development and detail-oriented
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and client relations
  • Adapt in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong in general mathematical calculations

COVID-19 considerations:
We are currently in a remote working arrangement. Once the situation improves, we are looking for a hybrid configuration with days working remote and in the office.
