General Function:

The Senior Manager for Human Resources guides and manages the overall provision of human resources services, policies, programs, and practices in the SPC Group of Companies (the "Group"). These ranges from managing all recruiting, onboarding, performance management systems, employees' training and development to overseeing and coordinating employee benefit programs, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. The Sr. HR Manager keeps a pulse on employee relations, and ensures that practices are compliant with regulations/labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree holder in HR or other related field
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in human resources management
  • Resilient
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to work beyond office hours, when necessary
