Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant shall perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. This spans across three locations: Head Office, Sales Office, and Site Office.
Experience:
➡️ Experience and exposure to office administration and resource/inventory management an advantage
Qualifications:
➡️ At least 3 years of college education or secretarial course
➡️ Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) a must
