Administrative Assistants assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing documents, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their supervisors.

  • Help keying in data entry (Invoices)
  • Help to check and tally amount inside bills
  • Ensure the validity of document
  • Paper filing and other ad-hoc task
  • To provide administrative support
  • Cold call
  • Issue invoice and reports
  • Coordinating with clients and overseas business partners
  • Assist in recruitment process including job posting
  • Handle all work pass application, issuance, appeal, renewal, cancellation
  • All other ad-hoc duties
