Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial duties and handles all confidential matters in a highly professional, discreet and orderly manner.
  • Reminding and conduct weekly diary meetings with manager to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, calling, follow up on-going case & etc.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
  • Ensure all statutory records are maintain and updated on time.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O-Level
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Required skill(s): MS Word, Excel & Power Point will be added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
