Civil Engineer or Architect

- Must have common sense,passion and dedication to the work applied for

- 1 to 5 years or more experience in construction,estimate works and site construction,implementation and supervision

- Must know how to inspect project sites and aware of construction procedures

- Must know how to implement strict rules, regulations and guidelines

- Must know how to instruct worker on proper implementation of construction work methodologies

- Must know how to inspect quality of workmanship

- Good leadership skills

- Must have idea how to motivate a productive workers and reach target schedules with in budget

- Must know how to implement clean or orderly worksite,desiplined workforce

- Must be pro active,engaging and keen to details
