  • Maintain files on all account receivables/payables and update records as required.
  • Maintain and filling all Sales Invoices/Purchases Invoices and Payment Voucher.
  • Contact clients and send reminder to ensure timely payments.
  • Identify and address discrepancies.



  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • Solid data entry skill with an ability to identify numerical errors.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
