Job Description

Formulate and update the HR Manual, personnel policies, and procedures.

Manage the end-to-end process of recruitment & onboarding.

Create and execute employee engagement programs directed towards the achievement of organizational objectives.

Facilitate total rewards & benefits administration including liaising with different government institutions.

Participate in the delivery of organizational development interventions.

Work closely with stakeholders on the design, delivery and follow through of workplace learning & development and succession planning.

Facilitate performance management programs and execute the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual performance reviews.

Implement the labor relations standards in accordance to the Philippine Labor laws.

Provide all necessary HR services to the employees

Administer vendor management for healthcare, insurances, legal, systems and other services.
