Job Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate any HR matter. Keeping a private and confidential matters for the department.
  • Assists in company function, staff welfares, correspondence
  • To liasie with government agencies, insurance brokers and landlords 
  • Support recruitment including interview arrangement
  • Prepare employees for their role in organization by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Undertake other duties assigned by management from time to time  
  • coordinate and ensure competency and privileging are up to date 
  • To conduct induction training for new joiners
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly update on the contract and attendance and disciplinary data



  • SPM, Diploma or Degree
  • With at least 2 years experience (HR)
  • PART TIME Or RETIREMENT are welcome to apply
  • Working hour : 3 days per week
