Job Description

We are a fast paced and growing company; we are looking for a visionary, inspiring and performance driven, allrounder HR Manager to join our fast paced and dynamic industry organization.

You are directly reporting to the CEO. Under this role you are responsible for:

  1. Develop, implement and manage overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures that align with the overall business strategy of the group of organization. 
  2. Propose and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to nurture positive culture and instill core values and drive a high-performance organizational culture, improve staff engagement, including monthly Town Hall sessions and any company activities.
  3. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with top management and head of departments to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  4. Manage and/or to assist the KPI, reward system, and/ or any incentive programs.
  5. Develop and implement appraisal systems, identify talent gaps and develop internal candidate pipelines.
  6. Propose and implement an annual training and development plan ensuring that objectives fully address the business objectives and the training needs of the employees.
  7. Oversees the process of the defined compensation and benefits structure including payroll, leave management, and salary adjustment administration.
  8. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
  9. To ensure the office environment and upkeeps are cleaned, well maintained and organized. 
  10. Other HR related ad-hoc matters.

Our requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 8 years experience in HR.
  • You are a positive, self driven and performance oriented person.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent in written and spoken in English and Mandarin (training program).
