Responsibilities:

Generate sales leads including making cold calls
Actively participate and assist in all sales and marketing initiatives, events, project launches
To monitor and track the sales processes
Achieve sales targets
Conduct market survey / research
Build relationships with purchasers and prospective purchasers, grow customer database and build networks with business associates, consultants, clients and banks.

Requirements:

Degree holder with relevant experience.
Minimum 1 to 2 year(s) working experience (proven track record in the sales of residential projects will be advantage).
Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently, and a team player.
Have positive working attitude and willing to embrace new challenges.
Pro-active, self-motivated and result oriented.
Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin languages
