We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. S/he will be responsible for carrying out the human resource functions of the center which include recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and records management. S/he will also be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
The main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
HR Administrator Responsibilities:

HR Administrator Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or any related field
· At least 2+ years of proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
· Keen to details
· Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
· Computer literacy (MS Office applications)
· Knowledgeable about labor laws
· Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
