Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative, work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication with computer literacy, Verbal and written articulacy, Efficiency, Strong organisational skills, Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required; Preparing communications on behalf of a manager; Answering phone calls; Organising travel and itineraries; Organising and planning meetings; Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings. 

1 to 2 years experience as a receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant or office manager is useful.
