Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software
• Respond to queries either in phone, email, ticketing system
• Follow up with customer to ensure issues has been resolved
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Identify software problem and issues
• Testing on software version release
• Update knowledge as problem solve
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to in-house system
Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in related field
• Fresh Graduate are also encouraging to apply
• Communication Skill
• Microsoft knowledge
• Preferably a candidate with Accounting knowledge
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and must be a team player
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• PREFERABLY MANDARIN SPEAKING
