TELESALES SPECIALIST

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Performs offerings to clients of products through Telesales and coordinate with Sales Leads to achieve targeted sales strategies and goals

2. Answering client questions on terms, products, prices and availability, etc.

3. Maintain customer service goals by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests, inquiries and potential sales leads

3. Generating leads: Find and Manage sales leads through business directories, social networking sites and other platforms

4. Conduct Follow up with clients thorough cold calls

5. Handle calls (inbound and outbound) and convert inquiries into sales

6. Generate sales data/reports, pipelines, leads and other reports that the management may request

7. Identify and keep up with telesales trends

8. Maintaining knowledge of all products and offerings of the company for their clients

9. Other work that may be assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma; but having a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant field is a plus

2. At least a year of working experience in Telesales, Sales or Telemarketing is required

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction

4. Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office

5. Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis

6. Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize

7. Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques

8. Keen to details
