VA Sales Executive

The Position: We’re looking for a Sales Executive. 

• The pay we’re offering is ₱35,000.00 per month

  • ₱32,500.00 basic pay

  • ₱2,000.00 rice allowance

  • ₱500.00 clothing allowance

• Fixed weekend off

• HMO on the first day + Dependents

• VL/SL Benefits; 12 +12 days 

• 13th and 14th month pay

• Successful sales executives can potentially earn large sales bonuses

• We also provide team oriented production bonus
   

Requirements:

•         Excellent command of the English language

•        Ability to communicate effectively

•       Strong customer service skills

•        BPO experience is a plus

•        Basic computer skills

•        Can type at least 35 WPM

•     Real estate and lending knowledge is a plus.

•     Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig
   

Primary responsibilities:

•      Maintain Borrower relationships

•      Understand product offerings well enough to answer customer questions and address concerns

•      Increase sales volume

•     Prepare loan files to be handed to processing team

•     Maintain and build a customer database

Secondary responsibilities:

•       Continued to learn about the ever evolving hard money industry

•       Study what competitors are doing

The Location: Pacific Equity & Loan PH office is based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Close to public transportation, a great area for getting lunch, shopping, near malls and entertainment centers too.

Training Process:

Once hired, you will be working directly under the Sales Manager and Account Executive. You will learn about the ever changing hard money industry and familiarize yourself with our loan products. You will utilize your customer service skills by learning how to properly communicate with leads and add them to our customer database. Along with this, you will be trained on how to prepare loan files for the processing team. This training will likely take a few months.
