Technical Support Engineer

Will provide customer satisfaction support by on-site visits and provide possible solutions for POS hardware and software issues and concerns.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any computer related courses.
• With at least 1 year experience in a customer service company or familiar with POS systems, an advantage.
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications, internet, troubleshooting and networking.
• Fast learner and can work with minimum supervision.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to provincial areas.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
