- To provide “one-stop” financial solutions to our customers.
- Introduce a range of financial service products including insurance and investment to potential customers based on customer’s needs.
- Provide professional advice and solution to increase the quality of customers portfolio.
- Proactively manage and build long term good rapport/relationship with customers to ensure effective liaison, coordination and efficiency of operation.
- Perform entire financial planning process and after sales servicing.
- Ensure adherence to the relevant policies, regulatory risk and compliance mattersAll other duties and responsibilities assigned.
- Must possess a recognised Diploma / Degree education.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Possess interest in financial planning, investment and in sales.
- Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in sales or service experience.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service
- Possess a valid driving license & own transport.
- License and relevant certifications (PCE, CEILI, PCIL etc) is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
