Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have 3 years to 5 years background and understanding of Organizational development, Culture building, process design and improvements, Quality audit experience
• Must have 1-year supervisory experience
• Expose to the full cycle of case handling
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced Employee Relations Process design
• Work Location: Mandaluyong
• Work Schedule: 9am – 6pm
• Temporary work from home

Job Description:

Deliver all employee and labor relations related activities within a Market Unit. Serve as subject matter expert for labor law, company policy/procedure knowledge to employees, managers and people representatives. Review and revise processes according to business needs and employment legislation.

The role will be in charge of delivering transformational ER initiatives.

• Frictionless Future of Work (FFOW) related activities and strategies;
• Conduct Counts culture building;
• Quality Auditor for ER;
• Process improvements and efficiencies;
• BTAT case processing
