The Technical Project Lead will oversee our operational processes working with a passionate team responsible for cross-team programs and projects, strengthening our product management & development discipline, and striving towards operational excellence through effective process management. 

The role is responsible for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the projects of the company. 

The main job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on and will work closely with top management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.


  • Accomplishes project development and/or information technology results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of software development operations processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve processes.
  • Coordinating with Recruitment team to recruit the most appropriate talent and keep the best employees.
  • Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing projects and/or information technologies.
  • Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
  • Completes projects on time by coordinating resources and timetables with other concerned departments and/or clients
  • Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
  • Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Promoting communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise.
  • Ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external clients.
  • Fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform other work-related tasks that may be delegated from time-to-time


  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or other related-courses
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development and architecture
  • At least 5 years working experience in end-to-end IT project management
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
  • Experience in leading Agile teams
