Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to sell various product as per campaign assignment
Provide high standard of service by following presentation guidelines in according to given product factsheet and telemarketing sales script
Retain customers through company’s retention strategies

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or Diploma in any disciplines
Relevant working experience in contact centre or insurance industry
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in similar position
Good command in Bahasa Malaysia
Able to converse/understand basic in English
